Our nationally recognized safety program boasts an experience modifier rate that is ranked among the best in the industry. Associated Builder’s and Contractors counts us among its safety elite, awarding Linkous perennially its Platinum S. T. E. P. Award (Safety Training, and Evaluation Process).

We believe our program success rides on three important issues, continuing employee education, maintaining focus on safety and perpetual program review. All of our Superintendents hold certifications in First Aid/CPR, Forklift Operation, and a 10-Hour OSHA Training. We’ve worked extremely hard to earn the designation of Tennessee Drug-Free Workplace. Our safety incentive programs have been published for their success in keeping employees involved. Finally, to insure we always see the big picture, Fortier Loss Control Consultants is retained to continually evaluate our progress.
