Our employees receive continuous education and training in scheduling and project control programs in order to deliver projects that are on schedule, within budget, and of the highest quality. We are also happy to provide you with accurate status reports every step of the way.
Linkous utilizes BIM (Building Information Modeling) and Procore, a project collaboration software that grants access to key project stakeholders (Owner, Design Team, General Contractor/Construction Manager, Key Subcontractors) during both pre-construction and construction to assure that all aspects of the project are on track and all parties remain informed.

Associated Builders and Contractors counts us among its safety elite, awarding Linkous perennially its Platinum S. T. E. P. Award (Safety Training, and Evaluation Process).
We believe our program success rides on three important issues, continuing employee education, maintaining focus on safety and perpetual program review. All of our Superintendents hold certifications in First Aid/CPR, Forklift Operation, and 10-Hour OSHA Training. We’ve worked extremely hard to earn the designation of Tennessee Drug-Free Workplace. Our safety incentive programs have been published for their success in keeping employees involved.
